These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Vihax (vihax.com and app.vihax.com), operated by VIHAX Marketing Solutions (“Vihax,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Vihax provides software for profit analytics, multi-touch attribution, conversion tracking, and related reporting for D2C brands. Features may evolve as we improve the product. Features labelled as pilot or beta may change or end with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business for which you use the Service. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access at vivek@vihax.com.
We may offer a 14-day free trial for evaluation. Paid plans (including Growth, Pro, and Enterprise) are billed according to published pricing or a written order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain rights to data you upload or connect. You grant Vihax a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connections to Shopify, Meta, Google, and other services are at your direction and subject to those platforms’ terms. Vihax is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or policy changes.
The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Metrics depend on the completeness and accuracy of data you connect and configure. Vihax does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vihax’s aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Vihax for the Service in the three months before the claim. Vihax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections where they apply.
